What is Tap Drift?
Tap Drift is a driving score challenge where the car accelerates automatically and corners become timing tests. You begin a drift with one input and hold it through the bend. The appeal is maintaining a clean sequence as the track gives you less time to prepare.
The start and end of a drift both matter
The yellow turn marking is your cue to prepare. Entering too early or too late can end the run. Successful driving earns experience, and level rewards provide unlocks such as cars, appearances, effects, or upgrade items.
How to play Tap Drift
Click and hold the left mouse button, or tap and hold the screen, to drift.
- Watch the car approach the first yellow-marked bend.
- Start the hold as it reaches the turn and maintain the drift through the corner.
- Release as the car completes the bend and prepare for the next one.
- Connect clean drifts, collect experience, and open the rewards earned from levelling up.
Tips for a better run
Judge the marker relative to the car, not by a memorised delay between corners. The faster pace makes a fixed tapping rhythm increasingly unreliable.
